Cocktail
1 1/2 oz mild mezcal
2 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
Juice from 1 fresh carrot
3 dashes bitters
Spicy Glass Rim
Tajín clásico seasoning
Lime wedge
Prepare glass (lowball recommended) by coating rim in lime juice and Tajín.
Combine cocktail ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until shaker is frozen, then pour into rimmed glass. Add lime wedge garnish then serve neat.
Serve with chicharrón and peanut sidecar (recommended).
